Leopard and Vista Home Premium Network Problem

Hi. I'm having trouble connecting to the internet via my guest os, vista. I've looked at many previous posts and noted that the config files are usually requested, so I've attached them here. Firewalls are off, virus protection is off. I've tried reinstalling Parallels Desktop and reinstalling Tools.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do.
