I have a subscription for Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition 16, how many machines can I install this on? If only one can I install my previous version 14 with permanent licence on my second machine?

And you can use your Parallels Desktop 14 license key, but please check the Parallels Desktop and macOS compatibility before installation.
