Licencse problem

Have 2 computers updated to 15, so their permanent 14 license is available again. have overall 3 unused 14 permanent licenses. have two computers with expired pro 14 abo license and want to use the available permanent ones on those computers. can't activate them cause it says: already registered. how do I disengage license from old program and allocate it to another one.
