License Activation

I have recently moved my Parallels subscription to a new MacBook Pro. All went well with the Parallels activation. the Toolbox activation message was too many activations. I was unable to find a way to release the toolbox activation from the old computer. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Thank you for reaching out.

Please follow the steps below to move your license to the new machine

1. Download and install Parallels Toolbox on his new machine

2. Click on the Cogwheel on the top right corner > select "Account& License" > Sign in with his email and password > Choose the license and click activate.

3. If the license has already been used, a prompt will appear to confirm the reactivation of the license on the new PC.
