License "associated with another computer" but my mac was reimaged

My Parallels Desktop for Mac Permanent License is "associated with another computer" but that other computer is this computer before apple replaced the battery and reimaged it.

How can I separate the license key from that old 'computer' and attach it to this one?

Thank you for your feedback.
We free up your Parallels Desktop 19 license, please try to activate it again.
NOTE: Normally when you receive the "associated with another computer" prompt, you need to select "Activate on This Mac" option and this will activate your copy of Parallels Desktop.
