License disappearings

Hi;

I've a problem with the 2X Application server. When I reboot the server the license information is gone.
I had the problem with version 8.1 and now with 9. Tried it on another server; same problem.
Anyone knows how to fix this issue?

Hi there,

obviously this shouldn't happen.
Anyway, the license contains six parameters (IP, MAC, GUID, SID, FQDN, machine name).
When one of them for any reason changes it might cause this problem.
E.g., in virtual environments, depends on the set up, it might happen that the MAC changes regulary.
