So I have the home desktop version for Mac, which I was under the impression was a one time purchase, but now my account doesn't show any licenses. No expired licenses, just nothing. Is this normal, or am I missing something?
I found the original receipt and it looks like it is just for one year, however my year is not up until 11/22. This seems like a bug most likely and thus in need of actual support, but I'm not about to use Facebook messenger or Twitter to do so. I guess my question now is how do I actually get support from Parallels?
