license has reached its activation limit

    Hi,
    I changed my mac and I'm trying to activate parallels but am presented with the following error message?
    "This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies."
    Can you please assist?

    We have made the required changes and you should be able to make use of your license now.

    Please note. that we have reset the activation limit of your Parallels Desktop 17 license key.

    Please retry the activation and let us know if the issue persists.

    If the issue persists, we will create a support ticket to assist you.
