License issues if I reinstall?

Hi,

I bought Parallels 9 and have the complementary upgrade to v10.
I'm considering reinstalling Yosemite on my rMBP in the hope that it fixes some of the numerous issues I am having with Yosemite.

Will this be a problem with the parallels key? or will it activate ok when I reinstall. It'll be the same hardware, just refreshed OS X.
