License key registered to another account

Hi,

I bought a license key about a year ago and. Now it says it is registered to a different account and I cannot register it. What can I do?
 
Maybe it's because I installed Paralles on a new computer and deactivated the old one. But now I want it on the old computer back again because I returned the new one.
