I have already updated my credit card information twice so that my Parallels license can be updated. The payment has also been made, but I am not receiving any license. At the same time, Parallels keeps asking me to make the payment again. I can't open a support ticket without a valid license.

My license expired on Nov 11, 2023. I just launched Parallels desktop and I followed the prompts to renew. It does not seem to work. I'm at the "Renewing Subscription Online" page and I clicked on "Pay and Renew" but nothing really happens. And if I click on the "Payment Options" link, I'm told I will receive an email. Haven't received an email. I'm unable to call, email, or message support. The options are not available anymore.
