License Server doesn't accept license

I have just recently purchased a new MacBook and setting up parallels on this new device.
I have active lic subscription of Parallels desktop and works fine on new installation - however - it does not appear to work with the "Toolbox"

Hello, you're trying to activate Parallels Toolbox new version with the old key (for Parallels Desktop 13). Please download the correct version of Parallels Toolbox or purchase new license from the parallels.com.
