License usage, moved to a new Mac, multiple users

Just upgrade to M3 Pro - I have two users and each has a separate purchased install of Parallels and Windows 11 - Issue is I can only run one or the other - NOT both at the same time. Please help.

You may want to create a separate thread to get more visibility, my single license transferred over successfully.
