Licensing for mixed platform [macOS and Windows] education team?

Hello, Parallels and friends.
ASIDE: Navigating the Parallels Toolbox support options funnelled me to this neighbourhood. Curious, but what can you do, right?
I'm interested in purchasing a mixed platform [macOS and Windows] license for an education team.
My team will likely consist of:
- 1x, IT Manager, macOS and Windows
- 3x IT Techs, macOS and Windows
- 1x Principal, macOS
- 1x Vice Principal, macOS
- 1x Digital Media Teacher, macOS
- 1x Tech Teacher, macOS
Yes, we're mostly macOS, but we do have a few team members who are platform agnostic.
It would be cool if there was an option to purchase platform-independent licenses; cuz really, a person using any computer is a person.

Dear Sean,
Just in case, Toolbox licenses are platform-agnostic, meaning that the same activation code can be used on either Mac or Windows computers.
