There should be a link from the Community drop-down menu on parallels.com, or at least from http://www.parallels.com/ptn/ to these forums.

I'm running on a Frankenstein system, so maybe I'm just not seeing them.

as I see it does exist on parallels.com, under Support -> Free Support Resources: http://www.parallels.com/support/free/
