linux vm like bootcamp

    hello

    i have a triple boot ( osx, xp, ubuntu feisty 7.04) macbook pro c2d ati x1600, can i use my linux partition in parallels desktop like bootcamp partition for xp.

    I have the same setup. Does anyone know if you can get this to work in parallels (or vmware for that matter)?

    You can use Parallels custom bootcamp feature, that lets you connect specified partitions to VM. You can refer how to do this in the Parallels documentation.

    there are several ways to do this, I have mine working, by just creating a bootcamp style vm config... there are lots of how to's on this forum...
