OK, I know what they are - shortcuts to apps on Windows - but I never had them appear on my MAC Desktop when I was using Windows XP Pro. Now that I've upgraded to Win 7 Pro, there are some - but not all - of the shortcuts from my Windows 7 desktop cluttering up my Mac Desktop (no icons, just filenames - like Word 2013.lnk. Anything I can do to get rid of them? If I trash them on my Mac will they be trashed on the Windows side as well? Is this just a bug, a feature or what? Thanks to anyone who can help... Clinton
I have the same problem for Desktop 8. For the past thread, it indicated this can be disabled at Parallel Tools Center. But there is no such center for Desktop 8. Please comments. This is very annoying. Thanks.
Hmm... I just don't remember so many with... I just don't remember so many with Parallels 7 and XP. I'm sure that it's normal - and I've just learned to hide them being open windows so that they're not too obstructive but I wish that there were a way - other than not sharing desktops - to may them invisable at least
