I'm using a macOS guest to test some automation workflows that use location services. However, the macOS VM can not access location services. When a Shortcut attempts to access my location, I am shown the following alert:

When I go to System Settings > WiFi I am not able to turn on WiFi because the switch does not toggle when I click it. Is it possible for a macOS guest to use location services? If so, how?
Here are some additional details about my setup:
Host: MacBook Pro 2023 16-inch, M2 Max, 64-gb RAM, macOS 14.0 Sonoma, Parallels Desktop 19 Pro Edition
Guest: macOS 14.0 Sonoma, Parallels Tools installed, shared networking.

It has been a month since I started this thread, so I thought I'd ask again. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Do any Parallels staff members have any suggestions? Location services aren't listed in the known limitations in this knowledge base article: https://kb.parallels.com/en/128867 , so it seems like it might have to do with my configuration.
