Hi, I'm running XP SP2 in 3036. Best Version ever by a long way ! VPN's over shared networking now work correctly which is superb (they didnt work in Host Only ....). I think Coherence is the best part and makes working a LOT easier. Question I have relates to lock files. I use Coherence every time, and when I shut down, I close XP correctly then close out Paralels. However, the .winxp.pvs.lock file is always left behind. I need to go in and delete this from terminal every time before re-launching the XP instance in Parallels. Anybody else seen this or know of a fix ? Thanks, Paul p.s. One request: Can we have a feature where a file system shared with OS/X appears as a normal Windows mounted drive, rather than the networked file system we currently have ? ...Please .....
a quick search of the first page of this forum should tell you that plenty other people are seeing the same problem. No official fix other than what you are already doing.
