Locked out of account, can't reset password

    I have two Parallels accounts. I just received an emailed notice of automatic renewal for one of them, and do not want it to renew. But I am unable to log in, and when I attempt to reset my password, I do not received an email at the very address I was just emailed the automatic renewal notice. What might I be doing wrong?
