I purchased Parallels decktop 11 and installed windows 7 on it. I can't for the life of my remember my user name or password so i'm locked out. I followed the steps that I found on a parallels forum on how to reset it and it was great until the end when the terminal command was suppose to say "authentication tokens updated successfully." It instead tells me: The command is available only in Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro or Business Edition. How do i fix this? I am a complete NEWBIE!! Please help!!!

You can reset Windows password with your Windows Setup DVD, or other third party softwares such as Ophcrack, Offline NT Password & Registry Editor, etc.
