locked out of windows 7!!

Bit poster
I purchased Parallels decktop 11 and installed windows 7 on it. I can't for the life of my remember my user name or password so i'm locked out.
I followed the steps that I found on a parallels forum on how to reset it and it was great until the end when the terminal command was suppose to say "authentication tokens updated successfully."

It instead tells me:
The command is available only in Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro or Business Edition.
How do i fix this?
I am a complete NEWBIE!! Please help!!!

As you are using Standard Edition of Parallels Desktop please click here to reset Windows user account password. if you need to reset password for Microsoft account, please refer to this page: Forgotten password and other sign-in problems
