Log in process is slow on WinXP

I have a MacBook with OS X and installed Paralles desktop. I also installed Windows XP and novell client vr.4.82 since we use Novell server. It takes time to log in the Novell server on Windows XP. Please let me know if there is any solution.

I sent e-mail to e-mail support but don't get any reply yet.

Don't log out of Guest OS, park it instead

Not really an answer to solve the long Log-in problems, but at least a workaround.

Instead of logging out of Windows, hit the "pause" button to park the OS. That way, when you load the GuestOS it doesn't have to load all its drivers to load the OS.
