Login Issue 2X CloudPortal 64 Bit

Hello,

I need a little help with logging in to the admin page to configure the 2X Cloud Portal. Listed below are some details of what we are using.

Windows 2008 Standard 64 BIT R2 with IIS
2X Application Server Load Balancer XG 1.6
2X Cloud Portal 64

I found a few docs on the forums and doing a Google search on how to setup the cloud portal. The problem is logging into the portal for the admin setup. The server is a member server of our domain. The only thing installed on it is 2X. I followed a few docs to the "T" on what to install on IIS and how to install the CloudPortal. Just no dice on the logon. If tried using:

userID@servername
UserID@domain name
Username@domain.local (Full FDN)
userID

Nothing. I get the same error that you see in the graphic. Don't know if I set something up wrong or not. I also rebooted the machine several times and reinstalled the 2X Cloud Portal. Nothing.

Hi

Have you installed Windows Authentication role service in IIS7? Also try logging in using the FQDN format: admin@domain
 
Try a local administrator user name and pass on the server you installed on.
not sure if it will work, but worth a try
