I initially logged into my free trial account and subsequently upgraded my Power BI service to Power BI Pro. However, I am now unable to log into Power BI Desktop. Instead, I am being prompted to purchase a license and enter an activation key. I have attempted to resolve this issue multiple times, but I am still unable to access my Parallels Desktop. Can you please share with us a screenshot of the message that you are getting where you are prompted with? Can you confirm if you have purchased a Parallels Desktop license, if yes please do not share it here as it is private information, we just need to know if you have purchased or not. If you only had the Trial, please note that a Trial is only valid for 14 days.
