Logitech MX Revolution set up?

I have been using a Logitech MX Revolution for about a year on a MacPro using Parallels for close to a year. The mouse works great except I have not figured out how to set it up so the back and forward buttons work when using IE. In OSX and Boot camp it works as advertised. Any suggestions.
