Logitech Options custom buttons not working

I have recently purchased the new Logitech MX Master 3 mouse (which used Logitech Options). I have programmed a few of the buttons for Cut, Copy & Paste. These buttons all work fine on the Mac platform, but do not work on the Windows 10 VM. If I try to paste into a Windows application, it just types the letter "v" rather than pasting from the clipboard, and the same with the other two functions. We have used the Performance MX mice (which uses Logitech Control Center) for years, and all of these functions work fine on the VM too. I have tried everything that I can think of with no luck. I have contacted Logitech, and they said if it works correctly on the Mac, they are not responsible for the VM. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I would really like to use this new mouse for work.
