Losing network connection in Windows XP

I've been using Parallels the last few weeks to run Windows XP. I've had no issues until this morning. When I log in now Windows is notifying me that the network connection is "limited or no connectivity". I haven't changed any settings since yesterday when it was working fine. Any ideas?

I'm running Parallels Desktop 3.0 for Mac, Build 5160, from 9/11/07.

If you haven't changed any VM settings, it shouldn't be parallels VM issue.
Anyway, let's try to find the root of the problem. Could you tell:

1) What is your Mac model (Mac Mini, iMac, Macbook, Mac Pro)?
2) What way your Mac is connected to the network? Is it a wired or wireless connection? Are there any routers and other computers in the network?
3) Are you using VPN connection from either Mac OS X or guest OS side?

1. MacBook Pro
2. Wireless. Yes, I'm on a local network in my office. I've spoken with my network manager and he didn't change anything overnight.

Ok. Try to enable Internet Sharing:

1. Open Configuration Editor for your VM by clicking the "Edit" button in Parallels window when you have VM selected but not running.
2. Select "Network Adapter" from the list on the left side.
3. Set your VM to "Host-Only" networking (mind that "Enabled" and "Connect cable at startup" settings should be checked too).
4. Go to Mac OS X System Preferences -> Sharing - >Internet.
5. Set "Share your connection from" to your Internet connection interface.
6. Enable "Parallels Host-Guest Adapter" (also may be called "EthernetAdaptor (en2)") in "To computers using" list.
7. Press "Start" button. If you have Mac Firewall running, you need to check "Personal Web Sharing" in the list of allowed services (or just disable the Firewall).
8. Check your VM's Internet connection. You may need to reboot your Mac.

If this doesn't help, I'd like to get the following information.

1) Launch Applications - >Utilities -> Terminal and execute the commands:

ps axuwww|grep pvsnatd
ps axuwww|grep natd
ifconfig

Please, save their output by making a screenshot or copy/pasting and send me as Personal Message.

2) From the Windows start menu, choose Run and type "cmd". Press "Enter" and type "ipconfig /all".Then save the output by making a screenshot or copy/pasting and send me as PM.
