Loss of sounds while using windows MSN

Hi all,

I have a macbook and using parallel desktop to chat with other friends who are using windows PC.
It is working beautifully, but the only problem which I face from time to time, is the loss of sounds suddenly during the audiovisual conversation.

In fact sometimes I relate this problem to a message saying that the network appears to be low.

Is there anyway to solve such a problem.

Problem with sounds are almost always performance issue
- Close software on Mac OS side side.
- on Windows Side, temporary disable antivirus and close other software
- increase memory for VM
