Lost activation key

Hi i restore my mac to factory setting. and reinstall parallels desktop 9. but asking for activation key. which for some reason i cant find in backup emails. Actual email is missing. I know my email address, where activation key was sent at the time of purchase. dont know how to contact support for activation key. please help.
