Lost my previous activation key

    I just bought parallels desktop 8, it ask for the activation key from previous version.
    However i am not the buyer of the previous version
    So this mean, i dont know the previous activation key, i cant find it from my account. (I searched the solution before, it said buyer who lost the previous activation key can find it from their account)

    As the result, i can't upgrade to the latest parallels desktop so far because of the "previous activation key".

    Im wondering does anyone can help me to solve the problem

    Apparently, you need a full license, not the upgrade you purchased.

    One of the Customer Support representatives will contact you shortly to advise on a possible solution.

    I need my previous activation key. How do I find it! Very frustrating

    Hi, if you would like to find your permanent activation key for Parallels Desktop 11 or earlier versions, select Parallels Desktop product menu on the right of the screen and go to Licenses tab as suggested in this article.
