Bare with me as I am not an expert in any of this. I have a mac but use a trading program to convert excel files on Parallels. I somehow can only pull up my excel files on the mac side of things and not the pc side of things. So my program will not convert the information I need as it does not work on a mac. I also use dropbox as my backup. Can anyone tell me how to locate the original files that were on the pc side of things?

Hello SherryB,
If Shared Profile option is enabled on your Virtual Machine(Windows), then the folders such as Documents and Downloads on both Mac and Windows will be synced. If you need to find only the files on the Windows Virtual Machine, try disabling the Shared profile option and check your Windows file explorer.
