Lost wireless adapter

Hello,
I am Han and i live in the netherlands.
I've been using the parallels trial version for several days now, and installed windows 10 succesfully on my macbook air
everyting works fine but i have this network issue;
I can go on the internet with google on win 10, i can approach my printer but i can't approach my nas.
I am using a netgear R 7000 router. When i launch Netgear genie it says that the wifi is not connected wich is strange because when i switch back to osx every component in my network can be approached.
can it be fixed with the settings or will things just get better when i buy || ?

Hi Han, please try re-installing Parallels Tools and check how it goes, refer to this KB article. If the issue persist, try changing the network mode to Bridge network. Refer to this article.
