M600i USB connection

Hi
I bought a SonyEricsson M600i. It can connect via USB with a PC in order to update the system and use synch sw (PC only…).
Each time I select the USB device - I use autoconnect off - I get the "try later" dialog. Re-boot and quitting all apps didn't help.
Any ideas?

Following that procedure and moving/deleting the said files will stop OSX from grabbing control of the device.

Tks a lot! If you know about the issue it's for sure much easier to dig out the answer…
Nevertheless will this be the way to solve this eventually?

i would suspect eventually Parallels will come up with a nicer solution... but for now, it works..
