I just purchased one license for Parallels Desktop for Mac Business Edition as a test for my firm.
My IT person is a windows guy, so I am kind of on my own here.
The online system will not allow me to register my subscription. I cannot get anyone to help on the telephone. The website refers me to Knowledge Base articles that are clearly written for tech people, not users. I get that there is a business portal that allows for some sort of centralized control of one firm's body of subscriptions, but I either can't get to it or it does not appear in the form specified in the knowledge base.
Does anyone know if the VM Ware experience is superior?
Or, maybe I bought the wrong version and should have gone with the consumer version?
