Mac Hangs in Parallels

I purchased Parallels and Windows XP to access a realtor site and an Sharper Agent. Both do not work properly with any other browser.

Upon opening the following message appears. I choose OK and enter Explorer.

[C] Microsoft Windows XP2
Timed out waiting for the file system to initialize. The volume has been ejected. You can use the init_timeout mount option to wait longer.

OK

After accessing about 10 pages, the system hangs. I have to power down to start over. Any tips?

Hello,

could you try to replicate this issue and got to Help -> Report a Problem to send us the logs? Please provide the report number, so that an engineer may look into it.

Not sure how to do this as I can't get to Help as I have to shut down completely. The mouse and keys freeze. I can't even alt enter to get back to mac.

I have created a ticket for you, the number of the ticket is 630301. I'm sending you a message - please reply so that we may investigate this.

Hi MacJam,

How many CPUs do you have set in the VM configuration? If you set 2, try putting it down to 1 for a work-around. I have sever freezing and crashing problems with 2 CPUs enabled. I have already submitted a trouble ticket for my problem, but thought the info may help you.
