MAC have stopped registering with sccm after install of agent

We have had it netbooting and installing the agent via a shell script. The netboot and installing still happens but it does not register with sccm. looking at the logs it does not say there is a problem. It is talking to the pmm proxy and I can watch the log while it installs. Anyone have any ideas. The server is in a protected subnet so I cant report it through the tool.

you mentioned that you are installing via script, but what about actual enrollment, how it is done?

We pre add the machine as we cant run any auto detection. It was all working on Friday then just stopped when I came in on Monday and as far as I know there have been no changes.
 
I think it would make sense to contact your SE (are you working with David or Craig) so they could take a look at your system.
