Mac menu bar and win app menu bar

Is there a way to make an application's menu bar on windows appear on the mac's menu bar?
In the image example, I want the solidworks menus (file, edit, view, insert ...) to appear in the mac menu bar, next to the application name, like any other mac app works.
Make the menu highlighted in red, in the image, appear in the menu highlighted in blue
