Mac network 10GbE supported?

Hi there,

I am running a macOS Catalina 10.15.7 and running Parallels for Mac Desktop PRO edition 16.1.3 (49160). I have QNAP Thunderbolt 3 "10GbE" on my Mac. My Mac is a MacBook Pro 2017-2018 or so. I can send/receive files using SMB between another Mac and Linux on my network "10GbE", my Macs and Linux have setup Jumbo Frames (9000).

I have a couple of VMs and one of those VM is a macOS Catalina 10.15.7 then I was wondering what NIC I should use for faster speeds? should I setup MTU 9000 on the macOS "guest" ?
