Mac os 9?

Recently, I noticed that I would be able to run a second version of Mac OS on my mac. I was wondering if it is possible to run any MAC OS lower than 10.0.0 from within a virtual machine? this would be so awesome if I could!

I cannot imagine you could run OS9, but perhaps you could run Tiger (10.4.x) which supports Classic.

no, I tried using sheep shaver, but upon launch, it just quit. I really need to know how to make a CD bootable to install 10.4! Thanks though!
