Mac OS X does not install

Bit poster
I am trying to install Mac OS X Lion as a virtual machine using the recovery partition (default option if you add a VM).

But I get stuck in the creation process with the Mac OS X message (in the VM) 'You need to restart your computer. Hold down the Power...)

Anyone with a solution?
