Mac Pro, 4 internal drives, XP & Vista, help please

I have a Mac Pro with 4 internal drives and 10.5.5.

Drive 1 is my os x boot ... No bootcamp.
Drive 2 has bootcamp partition with Vista sp1.
Drive 3 has bootcamp XP sp3.
Drive 4 is backup.

I do not see Vista or XP as options to run in Parallels 3.0 5608.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
