Hello, I tried a trial version on my 2019 MacBook Pro and really enjoyed Parallels for a couple hours. Then the native keyboard stopped responding and I was no-longer able to sign in to my Mac. And now it doesn't recharge either so I can't even turn it on. I don't know that Parallels caused this, but it's the only new software I installed. Anyone else have this experience? Thanks!
