Hello, is it possible to install an older Mac OS (Mac OS 10.14 Mojave) on a new M1 Mac with Parallels Desktop 17 and run 32-bit software on it?

    Hi Ruediger,
It is not possible, as Mojave is only offered as an x86 OS, and Parallels Desktop virtualizes only ARM architecture on M1 Mac computers.

Thank you for posting it into feature suggestions!

Enable Parallels run older OS's as, such as Mojave and Windows 10 on a Mac Studio.

The latest release is only able to create Ventura or Windows 11 virtual machine that do not run older applications.

Not to being able to create and run older virtual machines on a Mac Studio is a major oversight and questions the investment in both new Mac hardware and Parallels.
