I also have this problem and I don't know how to fix it. I have two licenses, one of them is for pd14 and the other one is an upgrade license. When I input my license of pd14 after typing my upgrade key, it tells me that the old activation key cannot be accepted by the license server. What could I do to fix it?
Hello, just checked your license key, Parallels Desktop 15 has been activated 14.05. Do you still have an issue?
Yes, it still shows the same error like be mentioned. Im using 10.15.5 now
