MacBook Pro key equivalent of Windows Pause key?

My MacBook Pro does not have a Pause key (like Windows keyboards). An app (Winks) calls for ALT + Pause keys. What MacBook keys should I use? Thanks. RHS
 
I had the same problem, but instead of figuring out how to map a MacBook key to the Windows Pause key, I just changed the activation keys in Wink (2.0) in the Preferences dialog. I used Ctrl-P instead of Pause, but you can use whatever you want. It works great.
