MacBook (Pro) trackpad scroll gestures

Currently it appears that the trackpad scroll gestures of using two fingers to scroll horizontally and vertically is not handled quite right in Parallels Windows installations. First, I find that I cannot ever get the horizontal scrolling to work by sliding both fingers horizontally. Secondly, it seems pretty jerky (lacks the smooth control that Mac OS X establishes) when just vertically scrolling and panning up and down.

It would certainly be nice to be able to pan around documents (ie, angular/diagonal movements) in Windows while on a MacBook (Pro).
 
STILL NO PANNING w/ MBP and Para 7. Anybody know why?

The fact that my two finger pan (right / left) doesn't work in P7 and XP is astonishing. This is the single biggest improvement I need and every time I upgrade I can just hope. Unless there is a deep, deep reason for this feature's absence, I can't fathom why it isn't supported.

Anybody?
