macOS 10.14.x "Mojave"

No, it's constantly freezing. Graphic artifacts as well!!! Just create a Mojave VM and try to launch the news app.
 
Parallels Desktop 14.0.1 runs fine on macOS Mojave.
There are a couple of corner cases, e.g. macOS doesn't ask for Camera and Mic access if a VM was started in background. Workaround available and Parallels team is working on fixing it.

MontMac is correct about running macOS inside a virtual machine. There can be graphics artefacts as 3D acceleration is not available.
As for freezing, MontMac, can you please share report ID (Help -> Send Technical Data) the next time it happens, we will take a look.
