macOS Big Sur can't boot up on Parallels hypervisor

After restarting host machine, the virtual machine started crashing during booting up guest macOS BigSure. The problem occurs only on Parallels Hypervisor. On Apple Hypervisor guest os starts without problem. However, for me it is not a solution, because I need to run docker on guest machine (virtualization on guest os). On Apple Hypervisor it is not possible.

How to fix this problem?
