I am using Parallels 13.0.1 with macOS sierra as the host and Windows 10 as the guest. When a file is placed on the desktop of my Mac, it shows in Windows 10, but does not show on my desktop. Opening the folder directly to view the desktop does not resolve. If I grab that file from Windows 10 and drag it to the desktop without letting go, it immediately appears as soon as I drag it within view of the desktop, and appears to finish the sync. When Parallels is shut down and I create an item on my desktop, there is no issue.
